Case Study

Overview

AI scheduling calendar built at HackMIT ’25. Won 2nd place among 200+ teams.

Problem

Manual scheduling is time-consuming and prone to errors.

Solution

Developed an AI-powered calendar that scans emails, schedules smartly, and syncs with Notion.

Design Process

I led the end-to-end design using Figma for wireframes, flows, components, and high-fidelity UI. My process included discovery interviews, journey mapping, low-to-high fidelity iterations, and usability testing.

  • Research: interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis
  • Ideation: task flows, IA, and rapid wireframes
  • Design: Figma components, variants, and design tokens
  • Validation: prototype tests and iteration cycles

Results

2nd place at HackMIT '25, with 200+ teams participating.

What I learned

Importance of user research and testing in developing effective AI-powered solutions.
